	Land Title Register
	This is one of the 2 main documents of Title. It contains not only details of ownership but also of covenants, limitations, interests, easements, encumbrances and notifications, some of which may have significance in relation to the property boundaries.

	Title Plan (Survey Plan)
	The Title Plan is the other main document of title and shows an outline of the property. It contains markings referred to in the Land Title and the legal boundary including survey dimensions and angles in respect of the Lot but not of any buildings on the Lot.

	Strata Plan
	The Strata Plan is a plan showing the rooms of the property, together with the building's dimensions, and easement details such as rights of footways and rights of carriageways. It also contains a brief description of the fabric of the property and a Certificate from the Local Government that it is consistent with the approved building plans. Strata Plans include details of areas owned individually and in common.
